DESCRIPTION: From ICMS record: “CLEAR W/ HANDLE, 3 RINGS AROUND BODY W/ SHOULDER NEAR POUR SPOUT & SMALLER OPEN AT TOP C88.087.”
This clear glass pitcher is mold pressed with three rings encircling the body, ridges above the neck, and handle.
CONDITION: Glass is stable with loose dirt and dust across the surface. There are brown accretions along the inside bottom of the glass.
TREATMENT PROCEDURE:
1. Surface was brush vacuumed.
2. Cleaned dust, dirt, and the accretions with deionized water using cotton swabs. A solution of Orvus followed by rinsing with deionized water was used to remove tough dirt and accretions.
3. The surface was dried with dry swabs.
